i believe what he was saying was that he ordered a chip from newegg, and it didnt overclock very well so he returned it. then he ordered a chip from tankguys and it came DOA.

It greatly bothers me that people are accusing me of overclocking or making this chip faulty when I received it faulty out of the box.

I'm not a liar and I DO NOT like being called one.

Find that hard to believe. Newegg doesn't allow "returns" on processors - only exchanges.

He claims he has not OCed the chip, just put it in to a known working rig and it would not work.
His former thread on Ocing his 9650 was posted in April so if he has had this chip that long he might find it difficult to RMA through tankguys but there is always the 3 year

You're a new member, and unfortunately lots of new members inquiring about sales coincidentally happen to be scammers.

I'm sorry to be so judgemental, we're just trying to get to the bottom of the problem.

EDIT - I'd perhaps edit that picture above; You just gave away practically all of your billing information.

Its not wise to post your name, address, and phone number... I would suggest editing that image. Don't want to be getting samples of Viagra and such...
