The smoke, water, and fire seems better, but really not that much difference.

Water reflections on right side window is all I've noticed so far.
EDIT: Smoke and fire does look slightly better.

I've looked at the shots really thoroughly. I would say that the "better" argument is entirely subjective as I didn't see any real difference. Many times I was looking at a screenshot believing it to be DX10 or 9, and was completely backwards...
I think it's primarily placebo, but I'll give it the benefit of the doubt and invite someone to produce a timedemo and get captures of both versions at identical moments and split screen them... That'd be worth seeing.

I feel that DX10 is somewhat overrated.
