Well judging from the site and nexon being involved I don't think it'll be meant for the U.S. and even then I don't know about this.

This isn't designed for the Western Market, it's aimed at the Asian population, especially the Cyber Cafe generation.

Most places across there still ply CS 1.5/1.6 (sometimes CZ), but rarely Source. This is due to the fact that the majority of hardware there is cheap and low end.

So, i wouldn't expect to see this game widely advertised across here.

....Lucky Asians get the new weapons....I'd want to compare the P90 vs MP7A1 in the game...play with the SCAR, and the USAS-12.
I just find it damned funny that the XM-8 is for the terrorist forces POS ugly plastic thing.

And new models would be nice....for source...some point...valve. Read this.

So its the same game but with the Source Engine?.

In my opinion theres not something new, except: New maps, models and weapons and the exclusion of the Steam.

I suppose the gameplay will be the same, defusing bombs, rescue hostages and save the VIP, its a little sad that Valve leave the development of their game to another company, but honestly i hope this game bring to us a new features.

that gun that he was holding during most of the video was the SMG from HL2

They made that way too dramatic, in CSS its just a few idiots who charge in and try to get a few kills before dying.
