no, regardless if the old version was both the ps3 versions. Looking at it now, there isn't that big of a difference between the 2, so i don't see how GT lost credibility or why it was blown out of proportion, when they look pretty similar

The same footage coming from the same console should not look different. That is the point. It suggests that they edit the footage post-recording in order to make things look better or worse for their comparison videos.

They shouldnt look "pretty similar" when they should be IDENTICAL.

Not to mention this is NOT the first time something like this has happened at GT.

Their credibility has very much been damaged. I am an avid member of their forums and a large majority of posters are questioning them.

i'm speaking on my behalf. Their comparison videos don't actually affect my decision on what system is better or which game is. I'm an avid member of the forums as well, but getting a bit sick of the idiots there.

That is a 360 picture. Mine looks the same. Nice and crisp. Also all PS3 games have the blur effect so that's normal. They look about the same aside from the normal Blur to me.
