Only difference I saw was the HDR/Bloom on PS3 was more intense...this could be good or bad depending on anyone's particular taste in HDR. Also, someone said something about shuttering on the Xbox360 version? I didn't see it at all...if you want to see shuttering, play GTA4 on 360

all of these supposedly issues with gta on the 360 i dont see i notice at some points the fps look like they hit 60 fps and when it gets busy dips down to 30 but i never not once noticed stuttering

All of the comparisons are the same for every game. They all have the same difference-the one which causes people to say the 360's looks sharper:

The 360 versions on these games have a soft yet bright white sun with more direct looking lighting, while the ps3 games have a really soft yellow sun which tends to give off more ambient light.

The frame rate on GTA4 is horrible (on 360 anyway, don't know about PS3)! I've tried playing it a few times...try looking at a vehicle being blown up, or drive though a bunch of trash on the side of the road and you will see shuttering and low frame rates...if you notice a drop in frame rates its probably from 30 FPS to 15 FPS...60 FPS to 30 FPS isn't that noticeable.

Yeah I bet they couldn't redo the flip from the first vid and since both are supposed to be just about the same they settled on hitting a wall.

yeah but do you see that in single player as well as multi player?

i have a PS3, and in multi player if i blow up heaps of cars or drive off the road and destroy heaps of objects, causing large amounts of physics to be processed, it lags BIG TIME.

i dont think its lagged in the single player, there are drops when theres lots of explosions, not massive drops like the multi player though

Indeed. I've had my eye on this game since the first trailer. I really, really hope it's more exciting than DiRT, though. I mean, DiRT was nice to look at, but the racing got boring pretty quickly. And the lack of cars and mods? Don't get me started...
