Both vendors are reliable. For as much as my opinion and experience is reliable

As for release dates, those vendors aren't the ones making the games and they're not setting the release dates. Who cares if their proposed release dates are not reliable. One thing is for sure, when you preorder with either of those vendors, you get your game on day 1.

not really, with canada customs it can takes 1-2 weeks. Heck, for my bodybuilding supp it was taking like a month !

That's a factor pretty much out of their control though. With games, they usually send 1 - 2 days prior to the official release date. Provided customs and other logistic delays won't be an issue, you get the game on release day.

I've pre-ordered games with both sites, got them on the 2nd day though (ordered from Europe using priority airmail).
