hardcore is pretty damn nice. i hate the normal mode because it is so much more realistic and "betterer" - stole that from a miss America pageant

I dont know. I found it kind of realistic. I said IMO. People have different views on what is realistic and whats not. I bet BF3 will be good. But I have to agree BF2 wasn't to bad but it sure wasn't great. It still has alot of bugs and terrible hit boxes.

I agree with that. Bf2 had some serious bugs, but it's not rubbish like some people claim.

I wonder whether BF3 will have a singleplayer aspect to it?

Maybe so, Bad company was more SP focused than any other battlefield game but IMO battlefield should just stick with multiplayer.

Hopefully it's better than BF2, and BF2142.. Those things had massive bugs that never were sorted out. I loved the BF series, but after I got my hands on COD2 and then COD4 I just lost that love for this series hopefully it's a lot better..

BF2 is 1337. What you do is get a heli with 6 people in it, and jump out in the middle of the flight (gotta be pilot though).

I hope BF3 has ejector seats in the jets, that would be cool

I think this will be sweet! Can't wait for some coverage!

Battlefield and Call of Duty are more realistic than say, XII, or Timesplitters, did you ever think it was in this manner of context people were addressing how realistic the franchises were? :\

LOL!

WoW is extremely popular.......

But whether or not a game is "good", is just opinion. More people who share the same opinion just means, well.... that.

Back on topic....

Looking forward to seeing BF3, especially the graphics side. I actually have BF2 but I never really got that into it. I would just log onto a server and get my ass kicked, and didn't really feel like spending all those hours becoming more competitive. lol

This is great news, I personally think BF2 is pretty spot on already (I don't know much about COD though) - providing they build on what they've already got, I think it'll be a winner.
Didn't like 2142 though - not a smart direction. I'm hoping BF3 is more BF2 than 2142
