COD4 sucks cause team play sucks. If I wanted to play a FPS single player, I'll play Crysis at least the graphics are better.

As far as realism I mean come on what FPS is real. IRL when you die you DIE thats it it's over. How many soldiers where a nano suit by the way. And sense when does it take halve a clip to kill a guy, unless you head shot of course. IRL some people survive crazy bullets wounds, but generally people die from 2 maybe 2 bullets in the chest. I always aim for the chest and let the guns recoil bring my aim up to the face, takes about 8 bullets from a VOSS. I have yet to see a realistic shooter or game for that matter so case dismissed.

Headshot - Dead
Torso - Dead/Probably going to die
Arm - You would be in a lot of pain and probably not able to hold a gun. Would make crap gameplay so you just die
Leg - Again, a lot of pain, and you wont be walking about. Would suck just to be lying on the ground until you die. Get killed and respawn. Much better.

Last Stand Perk. Get shot in the leg or arm. Ok you wont die but you could still fire your gun, seems realistic to me.
Headshot, no last stand. Seems pretty real to me.
Torso shot, depends where u get hit. Sometimes you get your last stand perk. Sometimes you don't

The only thing that could make it more real is the X4 mod however it needs a lot of work
