Graphics aren't horrible. Just not cutting edge. I'd still get it

Hasn't anyone here stumbled across a game that got pushed to the back of a desk drawer and forgotten about that they really enjoyed? I played the original Half Life again just before HL2 Episode 1 came out and still loved it regardless of how dated the graphics were. Personally I will take a good developed storyline over cutting edge graphics any day. The storyline gives it way more depth and makes it more interesting not to mention I don't have to worry about going out and spending another $200-$300 on a new GPU so it can be played without stuttering.

yeah who says the graphics are crap? they may not be bleeding edge but they look more than decent enough.

im another gamer that will pretty much play anything as long as the game has a good story/gameplay.

i still play PS1 and ROM games (SNES, Mega Drive etc) when i have time, coz some of them are so fun.

Nintendo Wii's have some pretty low standard graphics, and most of those games are fun as hell. graphics never make a game. they only enhance the experience, they dont create it.

It looks graphically disappointing for a game that has such a history in pc gaming.

The screenshots don't look horrible, but definitely not great IMO.

I just hope it rivals Return to Castle Wolfenstein in the gameplay department. If that's the case, I'd way rather play this game (even if the graphics turn out to be sub-par) than play Crysis. lol.

Hey, I still play Return to Castle Wolfenstein, and it still creeps me out. I can't imagine what this new Wolfenstein game will bring.
