You guys realize all rock band 1 songs can be played in rock band 2 right?

And if you guys think that list sucks then i'm not sure what you are looking at cause its the best setlist that any game like this has gotten. Rock band 1 didn't have that many good songs until DLC. Guitar Hero 1/2 had mostly covers. Guitar Hero 3 only had a few good songs, and still alot of covers. Rock Band 1 had a really good song list after DLC started pouring out. Now we have this, and can play all those songs plus these, plus all DLC. I'll have over 400 songs by the time RB2 comes out in ONE game. All the songs in RB2 are also master tracks.

You also need to consider there are over 100 songs there, whereas before most games had only 52 song setlists.

If you guys think that list sucks then............I dunno...

Yeah if you're NOT into Metal you might find all those Pop bands a "good" set list.

I don't.

I don't.
Maybe you should get more taste for different genres... No game is gonna have alot of metal songs because:
1) They are usually very hard to play in the game and would be last tier songs.
2) Alot of players don't enjoy metal - and even if they do they can't play it at a difficulty level that is fun.
3) Alot of different genres = more buys.
4) They will release metal/heavy rock packs later.. and you still have the RB1 songs.

I enjoy almost every song, including metal, on that list. Theres only a few on there that I won't like to play.

BTW I don't see any pop bands on his list. You have pop confused with classic rock and rock. Pop is britney spears, backstreet boys, etc.

I'ts like a couple of 13 year olds just decided to bash the list and say that the WORST metal bands ever are the respectable ones from all the genre's this list covers.....

And The other bands ARE GOOD, open your ears and not your mouth next time and maybe your mom will let you outside after 9pm
