he's refering the PC port of RE4 done by Ubisoft which was absolutely horrendus compared to the Capcom PC ports like DMC3 and DMC4.

RE is not what it use to be. I fell out of the genre after 3. They lost there roots and became something else but called it RE. It WAS a survival horror game that could scare the pants of a grown man at times. Now it's no longer survival horror, its just another shooting game. Sometimes developers need to just let it die. Tomb Raider was the same thing... a great game dranged out and turned to crap. JUST MHO

Well, lets put it this way - if all the Halo and Gears of Wars games in the past and future were to also be ported to the PS3 - that would be quite disappointing. Something that has been exclusive for several years suddenly just decides to go multi console is..... imo.... sad.


I agree to an extent but I like what they did with RE4. They changed it up a little bit. But that should've been the last and only one like that. Something like RE4s formula should be left alone and let it go down as one of history's most historic, turn-around, GoTY for 2 years straight game. Im slightly disapointed at Capcom not restoring it to RE's roots. But at the same time, Im not that bothered by it....... BECAUSE I JUST WANT MOAR.

Yeah, its good - it just feels..... wrong. I dont know, Im very very weird like that. Like when RE4 came out on the GC first, I was kinda mad. LOL
