I hate going through tech support only to have them tell me it's a virus on your pc that is causing the problem. When I tell them I have no viruses they always ask well, how do you know? Next they try to tell me my pc is broken. So I let them know I have 3 other pc's with the same problem. After going through all of this SBC would finally send out a tech to the area who tells me he found the problem at the pole. It stays gone for a week and then comes right back. They even appeared to be clueless as to why I canceled my account after all of this.
