Holy crap.......

I can't believe what I'm reading, but they are saying all of the right things. Sandbox gameplay, simple but stylistically brutal combat, gadgets that really work, and most especially this "Predator" style approach to stealth gameplay where the player is hidden for maximum tactical advantage and can selectively pick off bad guys just for the fun of it. Plus Paul Dini wrote the script and there's a good chance that we'll get a great voice cast rather than just a bunch of big names that weren't doing anything that week. Cross your fingers that Andrea Romano is the casting director.

What kind of Bizarro year is this? EA/DICE is redefining first person gameplay with Mirror's Edge, Ubi may very well have figured out the recipe for a perfect Prince of Persia, ATi has hands down won a generation at every price point and may very well beat Intel to the ray-tracing punch, Rise of the Argonauts will redefine third person hack and slash, we can finally get a real sword-fight game for the Wii, Fable 2 looks like it's going to make good on the promises that they made about the first game and then some, Valve is moving to support OpneGL for complete crossplatform capability which will enevitably lead to other devs following suite....

How is it that almost everything in gaming looks like it's going right?

Shouldnt have made his hair THAT green, in the movie you could see a hint of green like he didnt know how to properly die his hair resulting in a green tint.

Its too much of the cartooney joker for me, but i'll probably end up getting it since it sounds amazing.

looks like

I was trying to find one of Keith Flint from the Fat of the Land era. They're almost a perfect match.

I completely agree with you, its as though they just used the image of the original joker, I mean even the new joker's facial makeup was all messed.

According to the scanned pages, Eidos only has the license to make games based solely off of the comics, not animated or movie licenses. I think EA gets the movie licenses and I don't know of any game being made based on any DC animated property(serious waste of great IP).

According to Shacknews it's coming out for everything(Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii, and PC/Windows) and it uses the Unreal3 engine so we can look forward to it looking great without steep system requirements.
