What?! That was a rather retarded comment. Cause if you were smart, you would know that those are the proper and correct names for the races. "Not all africans live in america.." No duuhh, it's the proper name for african-americans (or "Blacks" in your terms for you to understand) that DO live in america.

Too much like TES IV: Oblivion. Atleast they improved the faces, God Oblivion had some distorted looking faces. (Wonder if it'll have the same voices? LOL)

Yes. African American is too PC, however, and Fallout is (or was) a very un-PC game. Besides, you really shouldn't be able to choose "races" given that you were born in an American vault in a very xenophobic future. Additionally, this will probably just be for pure aesthetics, since I doubt Beth. will put any sort of special traits associated with each race.

I only played like an hour of Oblivion but - I see what you're saying kind of. Though, in no way does the game mimic Oblivion IMO.

The gameplay shouldn't, but graphics are pretty much identical with maybe a 2008 revision compared to 2006 when Oblivion came out. (I cannot wait to see what TES V will look like, since Bethesda claimed they will go full force creating the 5th game, once Fallout 3 is out.)
