Well they've always been making it, they just never seem to be able to finish it!

I have to expect the new Duke to suck. Games that take this long to develop almost always do! Look at Too Human, ten years in the making and finally released, but it's not exactly getting rave reviews. So unless Duke gets like 9 out of 10s everywhere when (if!) it is ever released, I'm just too skeptical to shell out $60 for it.
