Well, at least somebody is finally going after the people distributing files willy-nilly. But Dream Pinball? Really? At least they are going after the distributor and not just blanketly blaming the p2p sites. They'll probably have better luck with this route anyway. You don't have to sue everybody, just generate a little risk, a lot of the distributors will stop and PC games will become more financially lucrative again, luring the releases back. (Sigh) I'm so tired of the console-first, crappy-PC-port-next-year-model the industry is slowly moving towards. I want the grade-A games at the same time everyone else gets it.
