It was for this reason that previous measures were put into practice which prohibited NMs from being held in battle for prolonged periods. In response to these events, we have determined that further alterations are required to prevent such battles from exceeding a certain predetermined length of time.

Included in the version update scheduled for early September will be modifications to the degree of difficulty of Pandemonium Warden (and associated pets), Absolute Virtue (and associated pets), and Jailer of Love. The aim of these changes is to create battles where a decisive outcome may be reached within a shorter period of time.

The development and management teams would like to take this opportunity to express their commitment to a healthy and wholesome game environment for players everywhere to enjoy, and to thank them for the continued feedback.

I guess if you know the tricks to kill them they are doable in a decent amount of time, but learning bosses is something that can take time, and it seems that with these bosses the high level linkshells have not found the correct method to do the fith.

Anyway it's a good new that SE took the feedback into consideration and it's going to fix these fights =D

Have you realized that no where have you mentioned the game to which you are refering. I had to click the link to find out this was for Final Fantasy. :P

That's what I thought when I heard this. A link to the old thread would help people understand this one. It's sad that they are fixing this. If your a hardcore guild and you want to be the only guild to do this you should be able to get that tittle. It's not you have to kill this boss.

Heh, people still play everquest 1, and ultima online, doesn't really surprise me. I actually picked up this game a few months ago, couldn't get into though, the controls are way to console like.

i dont think they shoudl tune down the boss..

bakc tin the day in Dark Age of Camelot, people were stupid and got Battle groups whiped by the Dragon Boss, becaus eyou cannot use magic or Elemental Weapon's ont eh Boss, and you have to kill the pets as they spawn asap otherwise healign takes place and you never kill the boss lol

The Calibur of Gamer is deminishing if they are unable to figure out what to do..

yeah, make the boss require a huge party and 8+ (18 was REDICULOUS) hours, but make the drop/exp/class gain something that would be nearly impossible to get elsewhere (never played FFO so i can't speak for the specifics of the game)

I do every-now-n-then
