Any keyboard that you connect to the controller like that probably will be. It's not the best idea, really.

Although it does keep it compact, out of the way, in easy reach, and one fewer peripheral that you need to worry about moving when you get up. So it's not all bad.

The 360 one isn't. it's like typing on a phone with a full QWERTY. It fits in the nook at the bottom of the controller.

I don't mean to hate on the PS3, but I think the 360 one is slightly better in terms of positioning, you don't have to mover your fingers that much to type with your thumbs on it.

With that positioning you almost have to put the controller down to use two hands/fingers on it.
