Wait, EA? Hell no, fix your DRM issues first.
Not to mention I'm sworn off NFS now. I owned hot pursuit and loved it, underground 1 and loved it, but everything after that was epic fail and recycled garbage. Seemed every game was a rehash of the same idea. - You had something good, then you lost it, now you are trying to gain it back.

let's be honest, if this was a REAL back-to-roots nfs, it'd have little to no modding, limited tracks/races, and an awful soundtrack...
these days, we have an awful soundtrack, medium-to-alot of modding and quite a few tracks/races...

has anyone had to take a dremel and tinsnips to their hard drive cage just to fit a 4870X2 or GTX series into their case yet??

Some scruffy guy sitting around talking about being a cop while a couple of scenes get flashed by that look like Most Wanted doesn't make me interested. I never had any hope for this game anyway, though.

Aside from Underground:2, the only NFS games I consider to be entertaining were NFS:II and NFS:III. All the others took the focus away from winning races to killing cops or whatever.
I guess since I enjoy the Gran Turismo series that makes me a boring, technical, details-oriented racer; not the type of person EA is looking for with this series.

EA = the suck! I vowed never to rent or buy another one of their rushed through production games. Army of Two and pro street were so bad that ive lost all respect for that company. They are uncapable of putting any sort of decent content in a game with out messing something up horribly.

not that great, IMO, and the gfx were terrible, cutscene or not...
add annoying DRM and i have another reason to dislike the game and EA
