HA. They are always wrong. WoW was released as one of the buggiest and had to go through months [years?] of patching to come close to release worthy. BC was almost the same with server crashes/lag due to bad hardware on it's servers. Blizzard is bad at release dates, but I hope SC2 will be different.

A Gamestop employee told me they had a pre-release date set for December of this year too - but even he didn't believe that crap. I doubt they got it right this time either, but I have to admit the date makes sense since it would be good to get the game out in time for summer vacation in the US.

Yep don't believe this date, they put it out there to get you to preorder. I wish they would stop announcing games and then not producing them for 2-3 years after the announcement. I would like them to say hey were starting on sc2 and we will update you later...then start leaking things like 6 months before hand.

Hah - I've still got my old Starcraft disk with the flyer inside advertising "Diablo II coming this summer!" - and that was from '99.

Yeah it's quite common actually, that they just make up some random "release date" whan they put the game up for preorder on a site.

I've seen this same kind of post for soooo many games... BF3 etc.

if it's not from Blizzard it shouldn't be regarded as official... unless like 6 major retailers come up with the same date but even then that's not such a reliable method

As far as tits are concerned yes. Graphics cards? They should follow the same rule. However the 4870x2 defies this rule and has only one tit, but with two nipples.

Yes they did. Game retailers have been making up release dates to get preorders since the Apple ][ days. I recall seeing a listing for Ultima 5 before Ultima 4 was even published. Game sellers are flat-out liars when it comes to this.
