So i had Gamestop print out a list of upcoming releases, and according to this list (which i assume is compiled by gamestop through direct inquiries to the developers) Says Starcraft 2 will be out 06/02/09

September second is a wednesday. Don't most games come out on a tuesday or thursday? Anyway, there is no release date from blizzard yet. It will be out, "when it is finished", like all other blizzard games, and valve+more time.

So don't take that date as truth

I'm just reporting what gamestop has officially listed, they probably didn't pull this out of their bum randomly. Take it or leave it, but don't get your panties in a bunch.

How would they know the release 10 months before hand when Blizzard themselves don't know. I'll choose to leave it. Thanks for the teaser though.

actually yes, they would. i don't think they can put 'when it's done' as a release date, so they put one until they get the official one.

the only official date is the one blizzard will release, and as far as i know, they didn't released one yet.
