They also haven't released a MMO yet. If this game was made by the Austin TX team then it's a good chance it's a MMO. I remember seeing a news article some time ago where Bioware hired these ppl to develop a MMO so it could be this new division of Bioware......

Or how about they just make an MMO that doesn't suck balls? Yeah, that sounds better. I love how people think MMO, and their imagination immediately limits to possibilities to WoW or a WoW clone. WoW sucks, this is true. But massive multiplayer games have huge potential. Old UO, WWII Online, Darkfall Online, etc...

Very sad news. Texas Bioware MMO project. So this is really not Bioware at all since Bioware is really a Canadian company. It's just a division they hired to make a MMORPG.

Hmm interesting, this title was the main reason for EA buying Bioware in attempt to take some of Blizzards online market. It's the Austin,TX division of Bioware/Pandemic Studios(merged in 2005) making the game and the game engine is called HeroEngine developed by Simutronics.....It's a MMO.

Ah, another Star Wars MMO, because the last one went SO well.

The only part of the Old Republic that I care about are the crew of the Ebon Hawk. That story deserves to be completed in the same grand fashion that it begun in, which won't be possible for a MMO. But EA gets back into that market after screwing up UO.

I can't believe that with the success of Mass Effect that they are just going to abandon the single player KotOR fans.
