I would think so...sure looks like the low settings. But then again they aren't getting paid to make this super realistic so I'd cut them some slack. Also, I've realized that graphics are nice, but they can's save a game/mod.

One of the mod teams goals has been to make this available to as many people as possible, so it is a little on the low side for crysis, graphics wise.

Also, remember, this is still beta, so they're still more concerned with fuctionality rather than really pretty graphics. A final release might have better graphics but at least this version is playable.

And lastly, remember, there are many elements to this game you need to show, including the maps that max out the crysis engine in size, so don't worry too much about the graphics right now, they're good enough to be playable. If you have a top of the line system, you can still play and wait for the great graphics to come out later.

Neutrino has hit a few key points. This is only the alpha release of pictures/video's, so it's allot like a skeleton. They are making sure all the innards are working correctly before getting to the skin so too speak.

And they have mentioned they are toning the game down to let more play it, though the options on each computer to run a higher graphic settings will be there. But if you don't have the nice systems like most of us do around here, you can still play the mod on lower settings.

Also if you notice in the top picture the quality is allot higher then this one tonight, the res, textures are better. I'm guessing some of these are just random shots, might also be from different points of production in the MOD. They aren't telling us if this is a new or older shot, so gotta give it some leeway.

This looks cool is there any multiplayer? And is there any depth? I am a fan of mecha, but I didn't like mechwarrior that much, but since Armored Core went to hell and lost all depth since the next gen games have come out I am looking for my mecha fix.

7am -.- i need to go to bed.

simply put, it's totally multiplayer. i don't wanna know how a computer AI would even begin trying to customize then pilot one of the mechs

depth is more along the lines of the old-table top games. it's not like in MW4 where your primary concern was other mechs in this one the aerospace and vehicle component are more than capable of slagging a mech (just like in the the table top games as I can attest haha)
also you can swap out weapons on mechs provided you have certain hardpoints/mountpoints/etc and the weight allows it

it's something that Neutrino can probly say he's heard way too much about in our discussions about mixed arms tactics and balance
