Count me in. I'm always up for strategic play.

You can tell some of the mod team uses high end gear, shots look amazing, but not all of them have great machines. But this is a good thing, means you can play this on a sub-par machine and still enjoy the game.

Negative, it will all depend on your system. If your not sure if you need to upgrade, this mod will give you an idea...

Sorry, I meant it as "maybe they turned their settings down to cope with the in air shots".

I figure maybe because the draw distance would be a bit larger, if you want to see everything that is, and your card may have to render faster, that it would be harder on your system overall.

Understood. Yeah idk, my rig is awaiting this mod to max the thing out. And there is always the option of adding another 4870x2 down the road if needed...

Most likely will use more ram considering the MASSIVE maps.

They have said more ram will benefit. It won't take two high end GPU's to run this. I ran on high detail with a 4870 and an Q6600@ 3.4ghz, even a C2D at 3+ runs it smoothly. I also run at 1680x1050 but I crank up all the eye candy so I need the horsepower, thus my HD4870x2 was needed.

Just a reminder for anyone that missed it. We are forming a list of OCN players so we can get some good teams together when this mod comes out.
