I sincerely hope those of you who pirate don't complain when developers decide to stick with consoles. I'm seeing much more of that, these days.

oh ye , and anather reason why I get pissed off when people pirate a game that I loved , is cos the more sales they get , the better a chance a sequel will come out.....and if people INSTEAD of buying the game , pirate it...then they lose cash

fallout 3 was one such game...but hey , it sold 5,000,000 copies ....soo that should garantee a sequal.

I hardly think the piracy of the World of Goo signifies the downfall of mankind. Everyone is blowing this out of proportion - It's only a computer game. Yes people steal and have been stealing in some form of another for thousands and thousands of years and this debate isn't gonna change anything.

When people can get things for free they will leap on it because that's the smart thing to do; morality is just damn restrictive :P

if the game is so guff-durn crappy, why bother pirating it? if you honestly believe it has no replay value, haven't you played enough games to be able to tell from a distance?

personally, i would pirate DRM games just for the irony. i don't like it when companies assume us customers are thieves. however, this thread really disproves my theory.
