I think it is comparable , but you have made yourself clear that stealing is wrong , no matter what the circumstances are , I respectfully disagree.

Porky, we're not arguing if stealing is right or wrong. I have read books where I sympathized with a thief more then any other character. In fact, my favorite fantasy character is a thief (and he's also a great person).

Please, stop trying to argue the validity of piracy, or stealing. Please.
