If you rent a game server from gameservers is it possible to preload it now? Or do we have to wait till they release it?

Im afraid you have to purchase a brand new server for that. Unless they are offering a new upgrade service that I've never seen, those Nazis consider a demo server a separate service from the full game. So if you paid for the full month for your Demo server (November) - you're stuck with it till December.

I read on their forum's it will switch over to a regular server when the demo ends at midnight tomorrow. But from reading around it appears I have to wait

I have spoken with Gameservers staff who have assured me the demo servers will go full version upon release.

It is possible they are treating it differently, but from what I've seen it was never like that.
