Modern Warfare 2 will be an absolute cracker. I hope there are more CryEngine2 games on the horizon as well.

Windows7 will be what vista should have been, but without the bad name the media so arrogantly bestowed upon vista.

Using build 7000 as my main os has given me 0 problems except for punkbuster, but that's evenbalance's problem.

Except Windows 7 isn't actually that much different to Vista at all...just a new look in my opinion at least. The media did it to Vista and it was all because of a shoddy RC1. Let's hope Microsoft makes the Windows 7 RC1 more stable and more of an actual "release candidate".

ok here is my overall plan

first, i am going to get a Solid State Drive, purely for Windows 7
my WD 640GB will be for Media/Programs etc - and i am going to wait until Nvidia release fully working Drivers for 7, if not i'll just switch to ATI, plan when Directx11 cards come out if Nvidia still don't offer anything more then rebranded cards,

i'll also get a 2GB Kingmax 800MHz ram chip, so i'll have 4GB, and ill get Windows 7 Ultimate x64 or just Professional, depends really

i may just get the SSD and 7

It's gonna be a winner for sure. I'm buying once its out asap.

And to think I have yet to find a dealbreaking flaw in Vista.

Only reason I installed SP1 was GTA IV's requirement of it.
