I think it's fun. Just randomly getting stuff. IF we just randomly find items now I might actually like these new features they're implementing. Adds some fun factor imo.

i dont want to have to play for 3 weeks to get all my weapons
all i keep getting are duplicates for ones i already terrible system...

The thing that's bugging me about this is I only need Spy and Scout weapons. Yet with the 4 or so hours I've put into the game so far all I've managed is getting dupes of the weapons I already have... At least with the achievement system you were working towards a goal of a new weapon, now it's down to how long do I want to play to increase my gambling chance of getting something I don't already have.
Ahh well, can't get every update perfect

I think this is cool because it will allow many more new weapons. The achievements system wasn't really future proof.

its annoying as hell in my opinion.... currently have 2 backburners 4 ubersaws and i unlocked the Jar of Piss

I like the old system, play and do those special things and get a reward for doing it, not just "Hey I didn't do anything but here's a new item!"
