It's not THAT demanding, they set the fillrate to 200% in the second graph, meaning the game is rendered at 2560x2048 and scaled down to 1280x1024. With just a few settings turned down (fillrate at 100% is perfectly fine for most anyone) or a few tweaks I'd think it wouldn't run THAT bad.
