I get what your saying, what I am so frustrated about is that I don't know which game to turn to next. I don't want to play killbox games and it seems everything is becoming like that for the reasons you pointed out. PC gaming seems to be dying. The main reason why I became a PC enthusiast was to support my PC gaming and with no good games left to play I don't see much reason to dish out big bucks on a new rig.

I understand and feel the same way too. Its complete and utter bull:turd: that the PC gaming industry is looked on upon as lesser by some developers now but thats just the way it is. The console industry is much much larger, and it continues to grow.

And it isn't going to get better especially when you've got devs like Blizzard jipping the PC out of functions like LAN and what not.
But at least Dice is giving the PC this game at all. Infact, when I first heard and saw it - I didn't think it was a PC game and if it ever was going to see the PC a la Bad Company.

Instead of worrying about this new Battlefield 1943, you could just totally pass on it and play Battlefield 2 instead The Wake Island map is even in 1943. If this does turn out to be a crappy console game when it comes out for the PC i'll be passing on it, and still keep playing BF2.

Actually, DICE has made it so regenerating health is actually really slow. The only way to avoid it is by retreating and hiding in like a house and waiting for about 3 minutes. Which, you may as well have just kept playing by then.

While yes I suppose this one really does, but chances are you would die in this game before you actually ran out of ammo. Soooo much going on, between the carpet bombing and the constant groups of enemies at a time - you're bound to die long before you would ever run out of ammo if you could.

If you actually play the game, you'd probably facepalm at your own statement.

I waited till it released on the Xbox early this morning. The game has pretty decent graphics for a arcade game on the Xbox 360. Servers fail hard right now, as we speak they are fixing them atleast! Its overall a pretty decent game.
