To answer your question- we would like to maintain continuity across all news articles, so please continue to use the format we have outlined regardless of an individual site's policy- we don't want to have to track down whether or not an article is permitted to be posted in its entirety. With the sheer number of threads in the News section, it just isn't something we would be able to tackle effectively.

Is there some way of making people look at the guidelines for news before they post thir first thread in the news section? That should solve most of the problems with the news section.

Post should be stickied in every news board and when posting, have some sort of reminder just like how the Report system has a reminder.
