It looks a little to good to be true, compare this to all the other 360 games and they look nowhere near as good. Where did these new graphics capabilities come from?

Guys, he's in a V8 Supercar, those things are heavy, off balance (They have a huge V8 in the front) and just generally aren't made for drifting, plus, what's the betting he had to use a normal controller?

Those + him not being that good at the game is why he sucked at drifting.

But then you get GT5 which is 2.5x's the cars. Has drifting, better graphics, more races/tracks, better steering wheel support, been in dev for 5 years and Has rally/nascar racing.

But still takes idea's from Forza and is played on a ludicrously expensive console that is over-rated as hell, and has one of the worst online play experience on the planet, ofcourse next to the Wii. The graphics will NOT be better, as both consoles, IF you have a 360 Elite, do 1080p. Thus proving my point that fanboys must not come on to bash Forza just to make themselves feel good about being ripped off for a console.

This isn't a GT vs. FM thread, but since you went there:

Forza has always been the better series than GT.

The physics in GT5 don't compare to Forza 3's which is locked at 360fps. GT5's? 60fps. It makes the difference between a simulator and an arcade racer.

The sheer customization in FM3 is unrivaled by anything even on the PC. The Livery editor especially. You can even change the stiffness of the tire side-walls in FM3 - GT can only dream of these features at this point and its been in development for 4 years. Forza 3 has been in development for 2.

How is it that a game can claim to be 'the real driving simulator' yet only 200 out of its 1000 cars are able to be subject to damage?

Also, you can use any racing wheel with the Xbox.

I wouldnt say any wheel.
The Logitech G25 doesnt suppor the xbox. Doesnt really matter to me anyways because Im getting the Fanatec Porsche 911 Turbo S Wheel which is far better for me since I would be able to use it on the pc, 360 and the PS3. It also comes with a 6 speed shifter which is really awesome for Live for Speed or rfactor.

As for the damage aspect, PD spent WAY too much time on making the car as detailed as possible and not enough time on damage. They wasnt about to do damage models until almost halfway into development from what I remember.
