Of course. MW2 is their enemy, they want it to sell less so we have more money for BC2. But this kind of competition may get dedicated servers into both games. Gotta love it.

Always loved DICE. Loved IW as well, but with all this news my love for them is fading away. Bad Company was awesome on the Xbox, and I can see BC2 being awesome on the PC. Do it right DICE!

can you imagine the outrage that would have ensued had they not brought this up now and people bought it to find out!!!

surely this was a way to take the pulse of the market and see what the reaction would be, maybe they can change their minds.

I'm real glad DICE has jumped in and verified that they will have servers, I was worried after hearing this with IW.

BF:BC2 looks amazing!

You can't blame theme entirely though. I mean theirs a lot of money in consoles. As long as I get BC 2 and Battlefield 3 that's not a simple port, were good.

Weren't servers licensed if they weren't run by DICE in BF2? It goes a long way for profit and infrastructure investment if you get money from those who want their own server. Infinity Ward should try that.
