I have just this to say to all you guys... I think the game will be fun regardless so I will buy it.

Now... I'd love dedicated servers but I don't see it happening. I do wish they would compromise with a update. I don't even care if it wasn't ranked even. As long as we could mod our servers and have at least 32 players.

How about this, IW... be the innovator of dedicated servers for CONSOLES, and allow modding there too, then console gamers will be happier, AND PC gamers would be happy as well.

that's a sad, sad truth

I, for one, love fan mods. heck, for the longest time I played on customized Shogo servers and Q3 mod servers simply because I couldn't find more entertaining shooters.

since Ded. servers are out with MW2, all I would have to look forward to months down the line are places to play whose only difference from each other is the name of the room and the splash screen before i jump in.
unless of course I decide to let my wallet get nickel and dimed like a main street whore everytime I wanna play something different
