Default [CNET-UK] Sky Player on Xbox 360 launch suffers technical problems

Quote:
We've been waiting a while, and now Sky Player for the Xbox 360 has finally launched after technical difficulties forced Sky to pull the service yesterday. It's not clear exactly what the problems were, and Sky weren't being specific, just saying they were unexpected. As of today, however, the service is back up and running.

oh yes, I want to pay for Live Gold, and then pay more money to watch tv & some (probably lame) movies.

Or I can just download them for free.

guess what I'm sticking with...

It is usefull if you have only one sky box and game in another room as you can use it as a multi room.

Although, I don't know may people with 40"+ HD TVs in their bedrooms, which is what you want to play the modern consoles on.

But you forget to use the 360 you have to pay for multiple streams. Seemingly defeating the purpose of this..

Ah I did not know that. I already have multi room anyway so this is totally pointless, and even more pointless if you need to already to have multi room
