The new Martyrdom actually makes it fair imo.
Now you need grenades in your inventory (i.e. not used) for it to work and this is pretty much what would probably happen in a real life situation.

Well damn, I liked playing with juggernaut sometimes just to piss people off. I do really good whether I'm using stopping power or juggernaut but when I use juggernaut then I become a noob and everybody hates me for raping them. Oh well, I'm sure there will be plenty of new things to ***** about as soon as the game comes out.

No RPGs or C4 either... and no claymores? Snipers have just been raped... and *** with commando. I've had people knife me from far enough away, it doesn't need to get any farther...
I think the only tier that'll be difficult to pick from is 3. Bling and Stopping Power from the first two so it doesn't take 10 shots to kill someone on normal mode. It seems like they didn't balance the perks at all. I mean, for MW they had Stopping Power and its counterpart Juggernaut; claymores and bomb squad; but now they're all pretty different... Personally I like the perks in MW better...
