I love the way people misconstrue Valve being nice to people who PO'd, with them "stooping low". Jesus people.

I love Valve, but to me this honestly seems like a gimmick. Hell its awesome seeing that they actually give out stuff for pre-orders that I would be more likely to use than stuff other games offer. I've been so close to getting the 4 pack deal, but I think I can still hold out till their half off deal.
