We HAVE HAD matchmaking services before. They have not offered any claims or evidence they are doing ANYTHING new with their matchmaking service. Unless they give us some information on how this has improved on the same old matchmaking services we're used to, there is no reason to want to use it.

Me: "Hi, I need to replace my tires?"
Salesman: "Hey, these new tires are made of wood!"
Me: "No thanks, that sounds stupid."
Salesman: "You won't know until you try them!"
Me: "No, I'm pretty sure that wood tires don't work very well on a car."

Oh and the first to bring pretty internet insults I might add, which you did.

And yes - actually it was stated somewhere that this wasn't about the singleplayer. Go back and actually read the thread. believe tNok posted it because I bought up that the singleplayer of MW2 was phenomenal and will be worht the $60 alone.


P2P has worked before. Clearly, if you look at consoles and some other PC games, it isn't half bad minus the actual lack of customization. Beyond that, and other obvious things like finding a server and bookmarking it, P2P can perform well.
