Forza 3 has made that anticipation died down a little bit.

if you are dropping 1k on GT5 and a ps3, I would rather spend it on getting a car and doing real sim driving lol.

Be able to reverse your game? I hope that means a GRID-esque rewind feature. Games are meant as a source of amusement and there is nothing more frustrating than racing flawlessly for a half hour and having the computer driver bump you off the track at the last turn.

you can get a nice track car for 1k if you look around

I got my rx7 for $500, albeit, I had to put more then 2k into it but it was worth it. So much so that I bought another for 2k, and put another 1.5k into that one.

is there an official car list anywhere?
My rx7 fc better be in it lol, which it should, it was in all GT series and Forza series.
One thing I would really like in GT5 is engine swaps.

I think it is a rewind feature. Forza 3 has it, and does it pretty good, though if you do use it, your lap time count, but as a penalty lap time.
Hate playing for hours in endurance races and horrifically mess up driving lol. I did that so many times in GT2 on the endurance races.
