thats it, dead on smurf Ofcourse people, the only reason IW says and is implying that "this whole thing with dedicated servers is not a big deal, and IW.net is a better alternative " and is almost trying to make peoples complaints not matter is because overall, the average person will be happy with the game and will love it, they figure pc gamers are a minority and dont matter when they are talking with the big stick. Well, sure it sucks, but that is how it is ATM, and unless IW decides later on to add them in people are just going to have to endure it, or i guess just not buy it.

Yes, however WoW is made to run off of dedicated servers. It'd take quite a bit more work to make a game that is made to run on listen servers suddenly run off of dedicated servers.

but mw1 was made to run on dedicated servers, i doubt they made that many drastic changes between 1&2.

L4D2 for multiplayer, MW2 for single. I'm sure PC'ers will be happy. In the future, just don't buy any activision/IW games if you're not happy about the MW2 multiplayer and the way they are treating us.

They've taken everything that makes PC different out. Well, except for "mouse-look and graphics options." They don't care about us PC gamers, because 80% of their market is console.

How can you compare already? You haven't tried the PC version yet. The pings will be different so you don't know how it'll peform until you TRY it. You can still record the game via Wegame or Fraps. The rest is possibly true as for dedicated servers but who knows we'll get more goodies down the road and if not.. o well.. accept it and move on.
