Instead of whining like a little girl about how this game didn't plan out the way you want it, don't buy it then? Keep ranting because it won't solve a thing. It's the same way with movies, we can't get what we want, same thing as for some films that are suppose to be the same as the book but they run it the way they want it. It's life and you can't have everything your way at once, there are plenty of fps games out there. Why can't this crying end already? I'm buying the game and i already know over 100 friends in school are buying this too. Big difference and it's gonna hit sales well and maybe consoles will hit more sales but the point is if something doesn't turn out the way you want it, accept it and MOVE ON??

Why is everyone hating on IW? Since its a console game first why would anyone think they would waste time making it different for pc. Mods, dedicated servers, and maybe console I can see missed. As for 18 players max do you really want 64 players on a map made for 18? Not able to take a step without getting grenade up your ass. With or without this stuff PC sales will be incredibly weak anyway. Compared to consoles they always are.

Its because we want mods and make big maps with 64-players.

So uh... they made the maps and games small to blanence to make it more "fun" and fair. At the same time, removing the infinite possibilities a PC can do.

I hate the whining on these forums as much as you do, and it makes perfect sense to focus on the market where they can make the most money, but aren't you just a little peeved as a PC gamer? I sure am.

IW made my developer excrement list. It's rather record breaking. They've gone from being one of the universally most loved PC developers, to officially reknown douchebags with bulleyes on their backs.

If I ever saw Bowling or Kotick in the street, I'd punch them straight on the end of the nose for every PC Gamer out there. Right on the nose. Actually, guys, would you prefer a popped nose or a swift kick to the bollocks? I'm thinking a boot to the balls could possibly help the gene pool.

multiplayer is EPIC on the 360.
They set it up so you'll be playing this game for a very very long time. Each weapon has its own challenges, each perk has their own levels, killstreaks have to be unlocked individually strategically, and each banner/emblem has specific criteria.
It's like Battlefield 2 on drugs.

Oh and the Martydom overpowering is DONE FOR!!!
Martydom is now a Death streak perk. Meaning, you have to have died continuously without any kills back to back at least 2 or more times before it activates. If you kill someone, it won't turn on the next death whether it was with your gun or martydom.

I'm starting to want to extend that gesture of goodwill in the name of all PC Gamers to any PC gamer who says they'll be buying this game.

And the times might be changing, but they're supposed to get better not worse. This is akin to someone approaching the Pope and asking him how he'd feel about controlling the entire world. You can bet your arse we'd be back in the dark ages eating dust and manditory barbed wire around our self-pleasure hands.

Nay, 18 player multiplayer on a platform that can support much, much more, is just pathetic. Infinity Ward employees saying "we want you to play it how we want you to play it" is extremely c-wordish. Everything about this entire debacle has been one insult after another.
