Let's see, they design a game, yet ignore what gamers want. When it doesn't sell as well as CoD4 did, hope they don't sit there going, "DURRR I wonder why." I'm REALLY disappointed they took the /console command out. They're f-ing idiots for removing what made CoD4 so great and such a success. Idiots.

Maybe someone should have called a time out and typed very. Very. Slowly. So. Maybe. They. Would. Read. It. Either they didn't comprehend the question (they're idiots) or they know their system sucks and the entire argument they're doing this for the "fans" (as opposed to pesky modders, dedicated server lovers, and all those 'pests') is so laughable it could make a grown man sick.

Question: How do we stop hackers that get past the automated anti-hacking software?

Answer: You don't. We do.

Question: How will you do this, and how many administrators or moderators will you have monitoring all the rounds going on at once. Please keep in mind that whereas dedicated servers can get up to 32 to 64 players--making it easy to monitor large groups--MW2 only gets 18--which means smaller groups and therefore more 'servers' to monitor.

Answer: Magic. We employ one wizard per 50 rounds.

I hope Steam's planning some improvements in VAC to make IW's life easy, because if their Message of the Month, or whatever it was called, on the consoles is any indication they'll pay about as much attention as a ten year old with their eyes fixed to the television--nothing short of "dinner's ready" will count.

There isn't going to be another CoD on the PC. Next time they hold a dev chat I think we should all just collectively ignore it, and just leave one person there, so that when the devs ask why its so empty he can just say "You ****ed up... You ****ed up."


I think we need to form a union. Then we could actually do stuff like this.

The sadder part is that IW knew this ahead time so they took advantage of that fact and made it work the way they wanted it to.

It's funny how they don't see that with all this crippling and price hikes they are giving pirates just more reason to keep doing what they do. If they do actually see that, I guess they just don't feel it's a serious enough threat for them to worry.
