How do games get leaked anyways? Cant they just put a lock down on the game or something? Or does somebody from the inside betray them?

1)As you said, someone on the inside leaks it.
2)As the game ships, from 'going gold' production a month or 2 before it comes out to stores typically 2 or more weeks before the game comes out someone gets their hands on a copy.
3)Some retail stores slip up and sell the game early.

Almost everyone on Staten Island who is read up already has the game.

The PC version wont be pirated massively til it gets released. It's still Russian for God sakes. Also a lot of ppl already have preordered so piracy wont be an issue. Also games leaked early by game shops are already old, you can even see it on an episode on Chuck.

Yeah... I don't see it.
What I see Activision seeing the amount of piracy as more reason to NOT support the PC anymore. If the consoles have so many more sales then the console, way more then last time, which they indeed will now have - they will end up having developers put more budget into the console games next CoD around and not the PC. They won't see the PC worth putting money into, because it won't be profitable. It'll probably come at a loss.

Piracy is definitely not the answer.
