Not too bad, as with most newer games I'd take the recommended specs with a pinch of salt. Looks like it won't run too badly.

recommended specs are a bit high for the average person but i think my E8400/4870 can handle it

The i7 and PII are recommended but I'm sure a Regular Quad-core like Q6600 or the Q9*** series be enough, or even a decent Core 2 duo. The 5770 is obviously the only minimum gpu for the Dx11 features, but for minimum non-dx11, I would say well my card in my sig and above, to play this game with a x1500 or nv 6800 would be torture to your eyes.
