The games can be VERY addicting, but you can't sue Coors for becoming a drunk, which will ruin your life, so I don't see any chance he has.

Actually, people have sued the cigarette companies and won. As I'm sure you know, nicotine is an addictive drug, whereas WoW is just a game, and the addition to it is only mental.

Anyway, this guy stands no chance. I pray that Activision/Blizzard doesn't just pay him off a settlement to make him go away.
