Default GEEX Show

GEEX Show in SL, UT began thursday. It was probably the first widely advertised LAN party every done. They had Halo 3, TF2, CS:S, GH3, COD4, and many other games going on, including oldies like user set up Starcraft. There was a tournament as well for TF2 and CS:S,
This could very easily become an annual thing happending in many different states.

What are your guys thoughts?

Who went?

Anyone have pictures?

DreamHack is a LAN party, a local area network gathering with demo competitions, gaming competitions and more. It's arranged twice annually at the Elmia exhibition centre in Jönköping, Sweden and holds the world record (as recognized by the Guinness Book of Records and Twin Galaxies) for the world's largest LAN party and computer festival.

In the year 2007 the founders of DreamHack received a diploma of honor from the municipality of Jönköping for being so important to business, education and society of the local community.

Quote:
At DreamHack Winter 2007 a new world record for number of computers connected in the network at a LAN party was set. The record is now 10,445 computers.[1].

...and i know the PDX LAN gets pretty big... but i dont know what the largest is for the USA.
