Is what you could do (If it is legal in your state/province) is make an ISO of the DVD (If YOU own it) It is considered a legal backup and I find that sometimes when I have a scratched CD Alcohol 120% will make an image where the image works but the actual DVD doesn't..

Let me clarify that this is legal in my province so check with your laws and whatnot.
I don't think I violated TOS or anything with this post.. right?

I would take the game back to the store and let them know it didn't work. I'm assuming it's a problem with the disc even thought it is brand new.

It use to violate the TOS. The mods here don't seem to take it as seriously as they use to. I had my first and only infraction for stating that I did the above. I didn't even say how to do it. As of late I haven't seen anyone getting into trouble for this.

Do you install directly from the CD or do you have the files on your computer?
