yay, you're rich!

The new SideWinder X6 is nice but I like Saitek Eclipse minimalistic looks more. Don't know why you don't like logitech, but MX518 is the best mouse I've ever bought... anyway, check steelseries Ikari and SilverStone SST-RVM01B. Finally, I bought couple of months ago Razer eXactMat, its good not perfect, still, I rather put my hands on Ratpadz XT which is made by [H]ocp instead.

I can't tell you what the best products are, I haven't tried everything..

However I have owned a saitek eclipse2 and a razer tarantula, to which I prefer the tarantula by far. Great build quality, great feel. The saitek felt cheap and plasticy. Upon disassembly, found it was just that - cheap and plasticy.

As for mice, MX518 all the way. Best mouse I have ever owned, extremely natural feel.

Deathadder is OK, one of my roommates has one. I prefer the feel of the G5, personally. It's all preference.

I like the Saitek Eclipse keyboards. Or you could get a Logitech G15, if you want the LED display to show temps and other random stuff. But I think the Saitek Eclipse is the best one for the money.

On Newegg:
Saitek Eclipse II (blue): $49.99 + 10.17 S&H = $60.16

Saitek Eclipse (blue): $49.99 + $10.17 S&H = $60.16

Saitek Eclipse Slim (red): $34.99 + $10.17 S&H = $45.16

Logitech G15: $89.99 (free S&H)

The DeathAdder is pretty much the best mouse out there right now.

I have gone through alot of periphs, but the best I have EVER used by far as the g15 and the mx518. The g15 is perfect for gamin and has tons of uses. The mx518 is an amazing mouse with enough buttons to hold you over. (Trust me, if I cant use all the buttons I doubt anyone can. :P) It has a great feel to it, and is extremely "accurate".

I was a CAL player for a few games, and as sad as I am to say it, the mx518 and G15 definitely can make you "better". maybe oyu have to have the skill to begin with, but as soon as I used this combo, my gaming skill went through the roof. Much more precise and faster.

Well, my experiences with logitech went like this |bough logitech product>it broke>sent it in at my expense>got a new product>it broke>went out and bought a completely new product>it broke>sent it in for free this time>got the wrong product back>sent it back for free> got a upgrade and a T-Shirt for my troubles>using the product today| most of those were headset's but the upgraded one was a keyboard, not very thrilled with logitech, i think those goodies were to keep my mouth shut
