Default COD4:MW installation problems

Hey didn't really know where to put this so move it if its in the wrong spot lol.

Well as the title says I can't really figure out how to fix this message I'm getting but I've been talking to ♠♠Spade♠♠ and hes trying to figure out how to help me, maybe some of you other guys could throw a lending hand and help me figure this problem out.

I keep getting this error message at the same spot every time I try to install.
it goes like this word for word

Error 1305.Error reading from file
E:/Setup/Data/main/localized_english_iw02.iwd.
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it

and I did launch everything and put all my files as Admin but it doesn't seem to help much, I still get this error message. Also I tried running it compatible with Windows XP, still no go.

Specs for my rig are in my sig.
Thanks in advance.

It's almost brand new like a few weeks old, I just had it running on my previous setup with XP. I just went to the new Windows 7. All my games run fine and installed fine but this one.
